DOUBLED PRODUCTIVITY FROM A FREE TOOL? YOU BETCHA ...

Once you figure out exactly how to pay for a workshop, you?ll want to decide exactly what you want to get out of it.

It?s what happens when you get home from that educational event that I want to talk about today.

This is where we all fall down. You?re inspired, you have tons of notes, you even have to-do lists! If you don?t schedule every single task on that to-do list, though, you?ll end up with nothing to show for your educational efforts.

Schedule to-do?s to painlessly double your productivity.

If you?re not familiar with Google calendar, get on that train! The most productive people I know make use of this tool on a daily basis. Because they know exactly what to focus on at what time (10,10:30,11,11:30?), they get way more done than people who have to-do lists without time limits.

The difference you?ll see in your own productivity will go through the roof.

I can now write blog posts in half the time it used to take me. Not because I?m a better or faster writer, but because I simply have to be done so I can get to the next task on my Google calendar. (Amazing what a little time limit can do for you, huh?)

This genius tool also means that you can schedule big business projects for when you know you?re not all that busy.? Because your priority projects are scheduled, refuse to worry about ?em until they pop up in a few weeks or months.

I find that once I?ve blocked off time to complete a set of tasks, my stress levels surrounding them drop to nothing.? I?ve made time to get my priorities taken care of; until that time rolls around, I have other projects to complete!

Go on, make a big giant list of all the things you?re worried about doing for your business.? Braindump any and everything you?ve been ?meaning to? do for your business.? Grab those notes you?ve taken at a conference or workshop or teleseminar this year.? Schedule the projects you ?should? do when you ?find free time.?? You?re making the time right now!

To get started with Google calendar, head on over to google.com/calendar and sign up. If you already have a Gmail account, you?re good to go!? This tool is fairly intuitive, but any help you need in getting started can be found here.

Refuse to be overwhelmed by this braindump list ? just get all your to-do?s out of your brain and then onto your calendar.

This is a strategy preached by the one and only Marie Forleo, and the difference it has made in my business in the last five months has been absolutely remarkable.? I just wake up, look over my calendar, and get to work.? No more wondering about whether I?m doing the right thing or whether I?m getting everything done!

If you enjoyed this article, please share it with your entrepreneurial friends who feel too busy or overwhelmed all the time.? This will help!
