It?s good to get your body in shape for summer and it?s also good to keep your mind and spirit healthy. I was pleased to see the large library of inspirational content from The Dalai Lama, Deepak Chopra and others. These are great to watch when you can give them your whole attention and also to play for inspiration while you are taking care of your daily business.
